RE: transmission misses fourth sometimes into Neutral

In normal running conditions sometimes shifting from 3rd to 4th it misses into Neutral but will shift in with a little toe movement upward. Any one idea’s? Only happens rarely it is not bad enough for me to go into the gear box. But am wondering what this is.
