How to get one upstairs!?

I have been charged with the responsibility of getting an FXR Super Glide up two flights of stairs.
Its too big and heavy to get round the corners, so the plan is to remove the tank, exhaust, front forks and swinging arm. The bike is very valuable and it would be grateful for any pointers or potential problems I am likely to come across.
