I bought my M109R in late 2009. After having a ´´sporty´´ bike i was nervous about the power/acceleration and handling of this bike.

As soon as left the dealership trying to stay within the break in procedure, getting into the throttle i knew the acceleration would not be a problem! With the horse power between 125-130 at the V-twin motor it will move this 750+lbs no problem.

The handling on this bike is suprising. It is a beast when trying to park/push, but going down the road it has an incredible ride throw it into a corner drag some pegs or exhaust sheild. One of the most amazing things i thought was the minimal almost no vibration from the 4.5´´ pistons some of the largest used in the industry! It will also rev to 7500 RPM´s.

I´ve only done some minor mods air intakes, fuel controller, high flow exhaust.

I have brought the M109R to the dragway 1/4mile for fun 2 times with only 7-8 passes on it i ran 11.8sec @ 112MPH. I consider myself a good not over agressive rider This thing hauls!

A couple of draw backs i found are at highway speed the wind knocks you around i plan on a air deflector to correct this. Also on the highway i feel that a 6th gear would be nice.

Overall: Styling personally i love it theres not to much else that looks like it. The power is insane it will bury the 150MPH speedometer if you let it. There are huge ON-line followings with very helpful information.

My ratings 1-10 10 being best

engine 10
transmission 7
handling 8
brakes 8
maintence 9
fit and finish 10
controlls 8

Fuel economy 5.1 gal tank 120-200miles depends on riding habbits!

Some people might think the riding position is not comfortable you lean forward slightly in my case like your riding a chopper. Im 5´10.
