This bike would be a great beginner bike with its low seat height. It is a powerful bike but the top speed is limited.

I am 145 pounds and this bike still hauls me around but the suspension bottoms out very easily. Also the spokes are tiny anjd break under small stress. My freind is 120 pounds and he can catwalk this bike around in third gear no problem. It is has power but will not reach high speeds. If you are starting out i would recomend this. | |
