Review of the 1972 Honda CB 100:My First Motorbike |

It has been in my family for most of it´s exsistance. I bought my CB100 back in 1975. It had less than 500 miles on it. I love this little bike and have decided to refurbish it and ride it again. | ||||||

This was in western New York state. I rode it to work for about a year and a half. Then I went to El Paso, TX to look for work. I took it with me in the back of my Dodge van. While I was in El Paso, I decided to go and visit my brother in Las Vegas, NV. I rode that little CB100 there. About 750 miles. It never missed a beat. I sold it to my brother then and he used it to ride to work and back. He rode it till 1985 when someone pulled out in front of him and he laid it down. It did not hurt the bike, but ruined a brand new suit. He put it in his storage till around 2000. He then decided to bring it back to me so loaded it in his pickup and brought it back to me in Chandler, AZ. I have had it in my storage ever since. I love this little bike and have decided to refurbish it and ride it again. It´s easy on gas and easier to ride than big bikes. Would like to hear from someone with knowledge on OEM parts for this little gem. It doesn´t need much done to restore it to near new condition. |
