Low Cost of Ownership. Excellent build quality. Extreme comfort for both rider and passenger. Smooth and powerful performance. A joy to Ride. Riding a motorcycle isn´t just about the destination. It´s about how you feel after arriving at the destination. | ||||||
The 2012 is the beginning of the Gen 2 body style carried over to 2017. It has the same tried, tested and true flat, 6-cylinder power plant as the previous Generation 1 models capable of providing hundreds of thousand trouble free miles. The 5-Speed gear box is very forgiving and shifts very smoothly with 5th gear providing Overdrive. Though this 900 pound motorcycle can be a load when trying to place it on its center stand, on the road it handles and feels like a sport bike due to its low center of gravity. The quiet exhaust note is much appreciated as you tour the road in luxury and comfort while listening to the radio, satellite radio, MP3 player or turn by turn directions from the Navigation system. The built-in wired Intercom system works flawlessly between rider and passenger and the optional CB radio allows bike to bike or bike to automobile communications even when separated by a couple of miles. Riding a motorcycle isn´t just about the destination. It´s about how you feel after arriving at the destination. |
