I had a salesmen try to sell me one for a couple of years and said hell no. I should have listened sooner. Mileage, wheelies, hair standing on end performance. But I don´t for one second believe the rated h.p. figures. | ||||||

Replaced first set of brake pads at 52k miles... First chain and sprockets at 55k miles... Installed a Yoshi muffler because the baffles broke inside the stock muffler... Never replaced clutch, or suspension, only tire( EATS TIRES FOR BREAKFAST), battery twice. Three sets of s. plugs, adjusted valves twice, oil changes 2-3 k miles with Suzuki oil and filter. The vacuum fuel petcock failed twice, swapped in a manual Pintle valve finally. This bike squeezes serious fuel mileage if you behave and hangs with gixxers and Aprilias in most shorter straights and semi tight turns... It loves high speed sweepers... Have I mentioned I love this machine!!! I had a salesmen try to sell me one for a couple of years and said hell no... I should have listened sooner... It does everything you ask and never feels unsafe doing it. 6 piston front calipers...brakes are phenominal!!! This bike is very popular for mods in Europe!!! |
