GB500 front wheel offset.
Martyn said 2007-11-16 21:43
I am restoring my GB500 and have come across a problem rebuilding the front wheel. According to the Honda workshop manual the offset is 16.2 mm or 11.72 in!!! (You can see why I don’t trust the figures.) between a line drawn across the outer edges of the wheel rim and the inside face of the disk. This sets the wheel rim about 6mm off centre (To the left) between the fork legs? If anybody has an original wheel it would be a great help if they could measure the offset for comparison.
