82 Mamim

I have a 82 Maxim I bought for $600.00 running. It needs a major tune up and tires. It has been left in the rain and was spray painted with overspray on the chrome. The forks need the hydrolics checked, but it runs like a bat out of hell! It is a 6 speed. My question. I am moving three states away, would it be worth taking with me? Is it a classic, and if fixed up, would it be worth holding on too?
