Hey all, Ive had the 2006 gsxr 750 about a month now and Im just trying to get used to it, I think this bike is the most confidence inspiring motorcycle Ive ever been on, (one of 15). One technical issue so far was, I noticed when I rode up into my driveway and I was in neutral costing the bike felt like I had the brake on so I felt the brake rotors in the front and they were around my body temperature, then I checked the rear brake rotor and it was hot, I just got off of the highway and did not recall using the rear brake. Im a japanese auto tech. but I went to a freind with a mc shop and he checked it out and did not see anything wrong? The next day I took the rear caliper off, emery clothed the 200 mi. pads lubed all moving parts and Im watching this closely, I noticed the pad material was kind of a pop-corn looking sentered heavy metalic substance, Im hopeing this was just a manufacturing flaw on the pad makers part?
