Depends on what country you live in, amongst other things. If you´re English, I guess you´re allowed to drive a reduced-effect bike(?) 34hp or something. And then the insurance costs are not so bad. It´s like this here in Norway, anyway. You should make a direct enquiery to an insurance co. Maybe you have some of them cooperating with motorcycle assocs.?
