Gas tank size and rear seat and backrest

I´ve owned a 03 vl1500lc for about 8 months. I´ve spend hundreds of hours bringing this bike up to touring standards, yet the manuf could just do this and make the bike enjoyable right out of the gate.Gas tank needs to be 5 gallons. The passenger backrest, tall or short, is a joke. They have finally made a good one with the C90T boulivard.Back seat slopes straight downhill towards the driver. Why?You can drive a hole in the rear connection brace even with the seat. Move it back about 1.2inches. Then put a spaced from Lowes between the front hookups and the seat and it puts the seat slopping downhill towards the rear backrest.Just these 3, or 2 changes, and the bike would change totally as a cruising bike.
