I took delivery of a 2004 Silver Wing ABS on July 10, 2004. Over the next 2-3 months, I´ll write notes of what I learn about it. To start: 1) The best (lowest price for any specified coverage) insurance was from Progressive, even though I have NO other policies with them. 2) The manual describes how to adjust the back rest, but there is no such adjustment. 3) On-line reviews have mentioned the 12-volt outlet in the lockable glove box, which can be used to charge a cell phone, handheld radio, PDA, etc. The socket is there, along with a cover, but there is not "jack"...nothing wired to the battery. It´s just a hole in the plastic. 4) Honda financing was the LOWEST and most readily available, including the bank with which I do all my personal and business banking. That´s it for this round. ´til next time.
