I am in need of help. ... I bought my Jincheng jc50q-8 knight from a lady with only a bill of sale. When i got to the dmv to register it i ran into a problem.
I need to find out how and who to contact to do what it takes to get this bike legal. The vin # seemed fine up to the 14th letter/number. There were no more then 14. A vin requires 17.
Thats the biggest thing working against me. The motor has 49cc on it . i can send pics and more info if someone out there can please help me out so i dont have to make this bike an art piece for looks . thats a sad thought.
