blowing battery fuses when 3 wire pigtail of stator is plugged in. voltage regulator/rectifier is unplugged. My tech says (in 3 wire pigtail from stator) that green is ground and white is ac line out. He says white should not have continuity with green wire. Checked with ohm gauge and ohms check out on the coils If negative lead of voltmeter is connected to metal mount of stator , all 3 wires of pigtail have continuity to ground.(white, yellow, green) how can stator produce voltage when all wires are grounded? researched different online blogs and they say white wire should not be grounded if it is then insulation of coil is gone and stator is bad. My scooter is vento triton r4 50cc and stator I ordered from parts for scooters is part #161-112 please advise
