I have the 2001 reflex and I put a new clutch the belt tightened up in the beginning. I´m ready to test the speed on the revolution of the tires rotation it was great. I said the bike down for test run and it only got up to 30 miles per hour at Full Throttle. I noticed the clutch housing getting hot again so I jacked it back up let it cool off and ran it in the air it did not heat up. Yeah I noticed the belt Slack and then cutting up after a period of time. Could the belt be causing the problem with the speed when on the ground? Please help me with your opinion or answers thank you
