Ive got a 2009 terra adventure. Not a single problem apart from the fuel warning light constantly flickers on bumpy roads or when engine is over 6000rpm.I have learned to ignore it. The engine is very top noisy, ie tappy from the top end, its a bucket and shim cam system so very expensive if it ever requires any adjustment. Having watched you tube clips I think they all make this noise. There is no power below 5000rpm so engine has to be kept above this. All in all i am happy with this bike. Done about 4000 miles with no problems, but I have read a few bad reports on the net particularly the electrics failing and corrosion issues. I have always looked after my ride, been biking for 28 years now,it pays to keep up to your bike. I would be interested in any comments. Thank you
