Probably the definitive do everything bike. A sort of 2 wheel van. Quite pleasent to ride within it´s limits but gearbox problems plague this model and mine is no exception.
Interestingly the Honda 650 bros uses the same lump but does not suffer, so it may have something to do with the incumberance of shaft drive. I´ve spoken to many London couriers and the mileage the problems seem to occur is about 50000 miles.
There are plenty around and it would be a cheaper option to source a second hand engine than to overhaul the gearbox.
Still a good bike though and far superior to any scooter for town riding.
