Blown Fuse

My father owns a GT 380. It was sitting in the shed since 1982 and we recently got it out and got it running. There is a problem... we think there´s a blown fuse, but we can´t figure out how the system works. Neither one of us is very good with electrical systems. Can someone assist? Thanks.
