Throttle cable? |

Hi there... I stumbled upon this website when looking for information about the DT175B that my dad still has sitting in the shed in the backyard. After graduating college, I looked into getting her running again, but found two major problems with it. The first, a rusty gastank, is relatively easy to fix. The second, though, is a lot more difficult. Can any of you point me in the right direction to find a lower throttle cable for it? Or at least how to work around not being able to work the throttle and the oiler simultaneously? I haven´t looked in the past few years, but back when I did get the idea of restoring the bike, the lower throttle cable was NLA, and I still can´t seem to find one anywhere (including eBay). Thanks! |
