RE: acceleration problems

I am restoring a 1975 Enduro 175B, VIN 443-118880. Have installed new points and condensor, timed engine to 1.8 BTDC and rebuilt the carburetor. The engine starts easily and idles. However, when I put it in gear and begin to accelerate the engine boggs badly. Sounds like I need to check the carburetor again and clean it and check float level? Any suggestions.

Thank you, Tom Longmont,Colorado
