Need help figuring out where second set of wires from cdi go

Need help figuring out where second set of wires from cdi go

I just brought home a 1995 yamaha DT250 that was almost completely taken apart and missing some things and the cdi box.I have looked online and found the cdi that I need but cannot figure out where the second set of wires from the cdi,the ones that dont hook to the motor, run to.Could there be a regulator they hook to or could my wiring harness have a different plugin? Please someone help I am stuck on this wiring.
