I have been told Ducati sold the manufacturing rights to these neat little bikes to the Spaniards at the end of the 1973 model year, and that they made only 50 of these 350´s in 1974 in Italy out of shop "left-overs". This explains the fitment of the cut-down 750S forks, disc brake and front wheel, supposedly having run out of the 1973 parts. Anyone know the real story?
