you might just need to wear it in a little bit due to the fact that you have new plates and spacers that will "take a set" after a little burn-in. worst case try taking one set of plates out or make sure they didnt put too many in. be aware though that you will want to make or buy a spring compressor cause otherwise it is a hell of a job getting the pressure plate back on one of the studs far enough to start one of the self locking nuts ( I do it by hand but not for fun). Try a different oil ( you will want to change it anyway since it is shared with the transmission and you dont want the clutch break-in crud fouling it up.
