I´m new to this forum and new to motorcycles in general. I am looking to buy a 1974 Honda CB360 that has 7800 original miles and is running fine (according to the original owner). I read about the recalls on this model due to engine and electrical problems and am worried about buying an unsafe bike. Common sense tells me I should ask the owner if repairs were made when the recall was issued. Other than the answer I anticipate from the owner, I don´t know how to tell if the bike is safe for me (a complete beginner) who just learned what a carburetor. I was hoping some patient, sympathetic motorcycle experts out there could suggest some things I should notice/look for when I go to inspect the bike. Thanks.
