I raced dirt bikes (enduros) for 30 years. The XL883C is my first street bike. When cold or hot, it PFFarts through the Screaming Eagle air intake, sometimes killing the motor when cold. Any standard fixes. Othrwise, I love the bike in the maoutains of WNC. 3rd gear is magic.. Any input appreciated, Doc
