good day,
it is normal. however you can solve it by mounting a breahter kit, with a screaming eagle filter to replace the original filter, or by replacing the breathing bolts that hold the filter cleaner housing with a pair of Spyke Krankvent breather bolt (cost about Eur 135)
this should solve the problem.....
