Hi guys, I live in Georgia in the U.S. I got my 2004 883 Standard back at the end of January. I have now added a windshield and solid mount leather saddle bags and logged just shy of 2000 miles. I am a large guy at 6´ 2" and 275 lbs. It pulls me around pretty well. 1200 cc´s would be better for me, but with the stage I kit (Screaming Eagle Stage II pipes, Jet Kit and better air cleaner) it does OK. I really have enjoyed getting back into riding on this bike. If you have any doubts, see if you can get a test ride. Here in Georgia we have a couple of dealers that have finally started offering a test ride. Ride Safe!
