Looking at buying a ´90 Hugger. 4 speed. Chain drive. Candy red. 25K miles. Stock. New battery. Saddle bags. It´s been laid down and brake fluid reservoir has shaved corner, rear view mirror glass is gone, minor rash on brake pedal and foot peg. No dents or scratches and otherwise in pretty good condition. It will need new tires soon. The NADA book value is considerably low in my opinion for that bike whether you consider it to be in Good or Very Good condition. What should a fair asking price be?
