Does anyone know if these tanks were aluminum or not? I have an aluminum Suzuki tank that is fairly banged up. I am not sure of the year/model, but it is strikingly identical to another I am wanting to purchase which still has its original paint - description does not indicate it is aluminum (maybe they don´t even know). Since many parts on these bikes were made with aluminum, I am hopeful the tanks were, as well, but am curious if there may have been a switch at some point? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks! - Amy
