74 dt 360 throttle problems

I was just riding my dt 360. It has been running incredible since I got it early summer. I was going down the road at about 55 and when I went to let off the throttle it stuck. After getting the bike into my garage i tried the throttle again and now it just spins whereas before it wasnt moving. Any ideas?
