The DT360 has 2 different compression realse valves. one on the second spark plug hole that can easily be taken off and replaced with a second spark plug and the other is on the front of the cylinder just like a Husqvarna chain saw. their is a small round frill that fits around the compression realse valve. in which the cable goes through. there is a little L shaped piece with a spring attached to it the peice is attached to the cable and it pivots. the short part of the L has a hole in it. the little shaft that moves forward to backward on the valve fits into the hole.there is a small hole in the shaft where a small pin goes through to hold the shaft outward thus making it hold compression and were the cable goes into the back of the motor I believe that mine is broken because it never moves!!!! the bike holds compression and that is all that matters. So i wouldnt worry about it.
