A CL and a CB are virtually identical. The primary differences are the exhaust pipes. To convert, you need all the exhaust system from the engine to the end of each pipe. The handle bars are slightly different, but that doesn´t matter. I believe the gear ratio is different, but am not sure. My recollection is the CB uses a 17 tooth sprocket at the engine. The CL may use a smaller sprocket. I cannot remember what the wheel sprocket is, but my guess is they are the same on the CB and CL.
