Yes you do have oil leaks. Don´t forget you have 30+ year old oil seals. This is common. The repair is to replace the oil seals for clutch rod, shifter, and/or countershaft. My solution for my CL350, which does the same is to check the oil before every ride and put a cookie sheet under where I park it at home. Of course I ride a mechanically sound ROC, that gets ridden 4 or 5 thousand miles a year, and is still used as a commuter at least once a week. ROC = rusty old crap :)
