You need to check you float in your carb! It could have a hole in it or need to be set. Take the carb off. Take the bowl off. See if the float has fuel in it. If not it needs set. To set the float turn off gas valve and see how much gas is in the bowl. It should be 3/4 full. If you need less in the bowl bend the little tab down that pushes on the needle valve. You can do this with the carb on. I would do this first. You will need stubby screwdriver.
