leaking fuel from carb drains

I have the same question as cnewman. My 73 Honda CB350 runs great, but i´ve been noticing that after I park it and the engine has been off for a while, gas begins to leak out of the carb float bowl drain hoses. the drain plugs are in tight so I´m not even sure how this is possible, but it leaks about a pint of fuel every time I park it. i don´t think it leaks while I´m riding because the ends of the hoses are dry when I park, but I come back an hour later and the hoses are dripping and there´s a pool of fuel underneath. anyone have any ideas?
