Carb Problem

I just recently bought a Honda CB350 and it is running well, except there is a small gas leak coming from the little pipe or needle beneath the float bowl. I don´t know what it is called. it is slowly leaking gas when it is not running. It is just on the right one. there are two of these little pipes. Just wondering if anyone knew how i could fix this.
