350 twin head and cylinder swap

I have an early 70s Honda engine 325 cc with a broken cam and melted piston. Can I replace the 2-pistons, cylinders and complete head assembly from the 325 cc with parts from a Honda 355cc but retain the 325 cc lower end. Will these parts fit and have rotating clearance? Also will the old timing chain fit?
