If its not to badly corroeded, you can take some carb. cleaner, clean it up as good as you can, and soak the whole assembly in DOT 3 brake fluid for a week, my dad and I did this for my 73´ 750 and the front brake is always gonna drag a bit,but hell man it worked for me, so hopefully it´ll work for you, or the Honda shop near ya outta have the parts man
