Front Brakes?

My friend has a ´73 CB750, bored out so it´s more like an 850, that´s been sitting for awhile. Now, his front brake caliper is frozen up, and the piston corroding. Long story short, he´s looking for either a rebuild kit for the front caliper and master cylinder, or replacements for the front caliper and master cylinder. Anyone know where I can find them and how much they are? Would like to find ASAP, especially with Christmas coming around teh corner b efore you know it. Thanks for any and all help, and feel free to e-mail answers. TK
