I just love the look of the Daytona 1000 (and I own a ´95 Daytona 1200)! In fact, I´d thought about buying a set of first year D10 bodywork just so I could swap out from time to time! I´ve owned my Daytona since new and think it has more character than almost any other bike I´ve ever owned. The Daytona turned me on to the other joys of Triumph (Tiger, T-Bird Sport, Speed Triple), but the combination of the weight and power feel so unique and so right. Congratulations to those of you who own one of the ´originals´. I do think that history will be kind to the D10 and that you´ll have a cult classic on your hands. |
