Can´t find dipstick to change oil

So my scooter has been telling yo change its oil. I finaly have time to do so but am having the most difficult time finding the dipstick and where to release the oil. I´ve searched everywhere online. I´ve physically removed the seat to look at the top of the engine. It´s nowhere. I need help
