Planning a Concours purchase, 1990-1992 |

I owned a 1992 Concours for one year, then sold it when I became a full-time RVer in 2004. My motorhome is only 21 ft, but has been able to accomodate a 250 lb enduro OK. After riding a Yamaha 125 XT for 6 yrs I bought a Kawasaki Super sherpa 250cc this June. After a few short trips (10-25 miles) I find that it lacks the comfort (wind, noise, stability) I remember. This should be obvious as these are apples and oranges. However, I recently discovered the moto dollies for towing a moto and have decided I CAN haul something much heavier. The Sherpa is a great bike, but it just tires me out (I am an urban rider) fighting the wind noise, etc. So now, I am just looking for general info on a bike I enjoyed immensely in the year I had it. Great value, as well. camperdan |
