| can anyone advise me on how to get through to the dvla on getting a number plate? i have been given an xv750 se, lovely looking bike but no number plate. The frame and engine numbers correspond and i contacted dvla for number plate. Sorry cant do it on phone will send forms. form one, why do i wish to contact previous owner, I dont. Form two, when did the acident happen, there wasnt one. V5 registration form, whats the registration! aaargh. please help. Many thanks Mr K dyson |
