A rich running Stage 3?

I have a 97 YZF 750 with a Dyna stage 3 jet kit installed by the former owner. Its been gone through, cleaned and adjusted. I recently took the bike 1700 miles on a trip to the coast. It seems to be now running extremely rich, bogging down at 5500-6500 rpms and puffing black smoke. Anyone here have any suggestions?
