i owned :( one of the first 1200´s to enter canada in 94..there were 12 of them.. pimento red and yes heavy, long, and yes to some underpowered... if we out 300 hp at the back wheel .. someone would still say its ..uh.. slow. well . each to his own. this is a very " particular" bike as are the people that ride and love them. hence me... i loved this bike and it turned heads by ALL. everywhere i went the people were sure to look.i did nothing to the bike to improve it.. it was enough for me.. and alot more than those who pulled up beside me and were gone in a flick of the wrist.. im 55 years old and the bike started to " out think " me so i sold it.. that was a dark day for me.. but. at least i let it go before i laid it down.. i loved this bike and if i were 10 years younger id buy it back...
