recently picked up a ´95 sprint, cherry red and only 8.2k miles on the clock. what a GREAT bike. one of the sweetest motors i´ve sampled in more than 30 years of riding and racing. admittedly the bike is not as agile as some modern-day sports bikes, but the freight-train stability at high speeds is a reasonable tradeoff. i plan to experiment a bit with higher tire pressures/rubber compounds to add some agility. two questions for the group (hope people are still coming to this discussion site): 1) where can i get a belly pan to balance out the "looks" of the bodywork? 2) where can i get a tinted windshield (standard size) to replace the original, which appears to be solvent-stained? 3) does StainTune still make an exhaust system for this bike? thanks in advance, -gary |
