Hello - I have a 95 Tiger as well........you might check the airbox that houses the filter itself. Although I´ve never had the problem, I´ve heard that these airboxes will crack easily. If the airbox is cracked (even a very small crack), it could be affecting the fuel/air mixture to the engine. Please feel free to e-mail - always nice to talk to another Tiger owner!
