I recently bought a used (excellent condition) Suzuki Intruder 1400. I love this bike! But...it has stock high rise handlebars which make me feel less than confident on twists and turns. Is the problem in the style of handlebars. Should I have pull-back bars put on to give me a greater sense of control or is does it have to do with the way the bike is designed? If I go to pull-backs, how wide should I get them. My cables run inside the bars. Where can I order stock pullbacks with the cutouts and predrilled holes for my make and model? I would appreciate comments about the handling on curves pro and con on this model to see if I am getting the right take on this bike. It´s difficult to get that push feel on the bars right now. Because the high bar´s too narrow?
