I fixed it. One of the cooling fans mounting screws fell out. This allowed the fan to wiggle and get caught and bound up against the radiator. The plastic fan melted to the radiator not allowing the fan to spin. When the bike got hot enough it would tell the fan to spin, but it couldn´t so the fuse would blow. To fix it I cut off any melted pieces of the fan and greased it up, allowing it to spin freely. Then I got a new bolt and mounted to fan bracket properly. Its work perfectly ever since.
